Customer service is impeccable. Courteous beyond measure. Timing is everything. KIA meets my standards in all areas. Although there's construction going on, they kept waiting area clean. The only thing that dissatisfied me was the fact that there was an odor floating in the air in the waiting area. I believe it came from the trash can. It smelled awful. All in all, I still rate KIA 5 stars. More

When there the initial day I was given an update for a different customer and taken to a different car. Then my car would could be found. There were no updates given without me calling to get information different customer and taken to a different car. Then my car would could be found. There were no updates given without me calling to get information. My car was there two weeks and they couldn’t even take the time clean it and disinfect it. In a different occasion my wife went for an oil change and tire rotation and she waited 3.5 hours. She was told by Abdiel that she didn’t need a rotation; however, the report she was given states that the car needed it. More
