We were not planning to lease a vehicle from you at all. We were shopping prices around on Tellurides all the way to West Palm Beach and had found one at another dealership that was exactly what we were loo We were shopping prices around on Tellurides all the way to West Palm Beach and had found one at another dealership that was exactly what we were looking for. However, we had trouble getting a concrete answer about any of our questions from several dealers, and to top it off, the answers I was getting from the dealership we planned to go to were kind of dismissive and rude. (Side note: women who are researching car buying options do not like to be treated like idiots!) This is where we were at in the process when we ran into the amazing service from South Dade Kia. I brought in our previous lease, a 2017 Kia Sorento, because the check engine light came on one month before it was due to turn in. The service department was helpful as can be and referred us to your VIP rep, Jerenia. She listened to exactly what we were looking for and what was important to us and was extremely responsive. She then referred us to Mario, who was helpful, answered our questions, and was responsive to everything that we were looking for, including that we wanted to get real answers and be treated fairly during the process. He and Monso, the manager at that time, worked with us on everything we were looking for and even figured out a way to buy our extremely low-mileage 2017 leased Sorento, which was in perfect condition except for a few legos lost in the back seat. Oscar answered all our questions about finance in detail and made a good case for why we should buy the maintenance and panel packages. In the end, we walked out with a fair deal on a vehicle that was very close to everything we were looking for and Mario delivered the vehicle with the paperwork the next day, in the evening--during a Heat game! Everyone had masks on the whole time and did the whole transaction outside, which was also important to use because we have an 86-year-old at-risk person in our family. Thanks to an excellent team, Jerenia, Mario, Monso, and Oscar, we leased a new Kia from you a month before we had even planned to walk into a dealership. Thanks for a great experience. More
