Overall great experience besides one hiccup mentioned below. Everyone from the reception desk, sales team especially (Cherris),finance team (Daniel merejildo) and management showed luxury service and ama below. I do recommend and will definitely come back! Stopped by to look at the Memorial Day specials that the dealership had advertised on the front page of their website. I had called ahead multiple times to confirm that the special was still available and that they still had inventory on the three cars. I was told that everything was available and the special is still good. Once getting to the dealership/which is an hour away the only car actually available out of the 3 happened to be the Kia k5. Which was the most expensive out of the 3 (309 a month 0 due at signing). After test driving the car and confirming that the special was available on the car (0 down 309 a month) I went ahead and continued the process which was to fill out a credit application. Once the credit application was ran and I was approved I was then told that the car is actually 366 a month and not 309 since it’s a 2022 and not a 2021. They also said they don’t have any 2021s available which meant the special wasn’t available. After speaking with the manager, expressing my frustrations feeling like I got bait and switched after they decided to run my credit. I was then told that they would honor the special for the 2022 k5 model. After that hiccup, the process was smooth and the customer experience was amazing. After all is said I would continue to come here for my future car endeavors. More
