This is my second time visiting this Kia and both experiences were subpar. I came here because it's close to my job. I came in with an initial complaint from the smell coming from the A/C, they charg experiences were subpar. I came here because it's close to my job. I came in with an initial complaint from the smell coming from the A/C, they charged me $90 to fix it. The very next day the smell returned. I went back, and they told me they did a "deeper cleaning", as they should've done before. It went away for a week or so, then slowly returned. On my recent visit, I received a phone call from the young lady, I believe her name was Kaprice, that my vehicle was ready, and they suggest that I get the air cabin filter serviced for $90, to which I mentioned my previous experience. She insisted that it was normal and just needed to be cleaned again. I declined. She let me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up, I asked if she was sure that everything was ready, she confirmed. As I went to the dealership to pick up my vehicle that was supposed to be ready, she mentioned that, in fact, it wasn't ready and said she told me that it was "ALMOST" ready over the phone (which she didn't). She later admitted that she didn't know that I was going to arrive so soon, and they were still working on the car, and made me wait another 15 minutes. I drove off promising myself that I wouldn't return to this Kia, no matter how convenient the location is. I'd rather drive 45 minutes away to another Kia for better service.
