They repaired the wheel hub and bearing and the next day the car has the same problem.. I took it back and they apologized and agreed to repair it the same day, but then called that the parts weren’t in sto the car has the same problem.. I took it back and they apologized and agreed to repair it the same day, but then called that the parts weren’t in stock and would take a few days.. they said they would let me know about the tent a car but never did.. the day after they said it would be ready I called and they told me by the weekend.. the weekend they told me Monday.. Monday I called many times and had trouble talking to someone, and then they said someone would call me back.. no one called until Tuesday when it was finally ready.. I picked up my car and found someone else’s car remote in my car… I called to report it so they could pick it up, but still have heard anything. Tomorrow I will return on my day off to return the remote left in my car. More

Answered very question and detail. Dave in finance went above and beyond. My sales rep. was approachable, and somewhat knowledgeable. He could have been more communicative/predictive/attentive of my needs above and beyond. My sales rep. was approachable, and somewhat knowledgeable.
