I was told that the part was in stock and the repair would be done. After waiting for hours, I went to check and the part actually wasn't in stock. My advisor Steven Paredes was great. So I had to bring the car back again after waiting for hours. However, the worst part was that I was charged $30 for a cabin air filter also, and I received an email that it wasn't done. I have made repeated calls asking that the charge be credited to my card, but they refuse. They tell me that I have to bring the car back in again and refuse to let me speak to the manager. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. More
