Once I brought my car in, the service was great. However, I do need to tell you that prior to coming in with the car to drop it off, I tried to have the car picked up for service. I made two appointments and I do need to tell you that prior to coming in with the car to drop it off, I tried to have the car picked up for service. I made two appointments and confirmed each time but no one ever showed up to pick up the car. And then when I called to find out why, I was transferred around from person to person and finally hung up on. I am glad when I took it in, everything went smooth, but why offer the pick up service when it doesn't work and just frustrates your customers? More

I have never had such a stress-free experience at a dealership. I was dreading having to shop for a new Kia Soul after my 2020 was totaled, but lo and behold Jason was amazingly nice and David in fina dealership.
