Compre mi propio leasing y tuve que usar esta agencia de intermediario entre Kia y yo. Con la vendedora Fanny excelente trato ya que esta fue mi tercera operación con ella, pero con Daniel de finanzas un de intermediario entre Kia y yo. Con la vendedora Fanny excelente trato ya que esta fue mi tercera operación con ella, pero con Daniel de finanzas un desastre, nunca me llamó para comunicarme nada y yo tenía que enviarle 10 mensajes y ni eso hacía que termine mi operación de compra, siempre tenia que molestar a Fanny para que intervenga. Realmente no debería dedicarse a financiar nada ya que no sabe tratar a los clientes. More

It needs more and better customer service more cars need to be available. And they need to a look on people that lease or own there cars .some customers don't be dress right they dirty and rude..so.e sales to be available.
