I was taken quickly, even without an appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful, and a comfortable waiting area was provided. A coupon for a free car wash was also provided. My only concern was that when I tried to make an appointment (the day before my service visit), no one answered the phone, and the recording informed me that the message box was full and could nor accept any more messages.
