My experience was horrible, I waited almost 3 hours just for an oil change and I had an appointment for 8:30am. Then when they brought the car they brought it dirty and stained with oil inside. The buying experience was not awful! Financials were as discussed on the phone which we appreciate. However we did find the software was a year out of date.
