The salesperson was great, during my 4 visits to the dealership, I was not always approached or greeted by your staff. My wife and I, went to the SOUTH DADE KIA dealer, located 17120 South Dixie Highway, on June 22 of this year. It was our first time buying a new car, since the dealer did not have anything in stock located 17120 South Dixie Highway, on June 22 of this year. It was our first time buying a new car, since the dealer did not have anything in stock, my wife E. P, build the car like she wanted. The Sales person RAFALE MORALES, gave us a paper with the total amount for the car, all the extras that she wanted, our downpayment, how much they would take for our old car, the interest rate of 3.75%, and 72 month term. He told that by paying the $500 , this would LOCK all these terms until the car got to destination. 2 months later, we got called to pick up the new SELTOS EX, we were very HAPPY. Mr ALAIN DIAZ, business manager of the dealer, offered us an extended warranty for the SUV , which we agreed to, told us the amount we owed, but never mentioned the interest rate , sitting in his office, he printed the contract, told us to sign, and left us in the office by ourself, which it was weird to us, but my wife said, we should trust them, signing the contract without reading it, putting our trust on KIA DEALER SHIP. 20 days later, we came to find out that the interest that they gave us was 5.75%, almost doble what they had told us. My wife having an excellent credit score. Today I called ADAM GOOD, manager of the Dealer ship, When I started telling him the situation, he stopped me and told me , I KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING WITH THIS, to which I replied immediately, IF YOU KNOW WHERE I AM GOING , IS BECAUSE ITS SOMETHING THAT YOU USUALLY DO TO CUSTOMERS . He told me it was our fault to have sign something without reading first, to which I agreed, and told him that MR. DIAZ, when selling an upgrade to our warranty, should have informed us on the new interest rate, INSTATED OF LEAVING THE OFFICE. We truster KIA representatives. I know there is nothing you can do for us, but maybe for future clients. Because instead of gaining a future REPEAT CUSTOMER , you got a very disappointed ONE TIME BUYER. I dont think BIG COMPANIES, are build that way. More
