I made a mark on one of the tires, just to see if they really did tire rotation, when receiving the car they tried to charge me for the tire rotation and in reality they did not do it, i talk to the advis really did tire rotation, when receiving the car they tried to charge me for the tire rotation and in reality they did not do it, i talk to the advisor and he took the charge off my bill saying it was a mistake. I think i wont be coming back here More

I was told by Enrique that if I dodnt need the tire rotation it was going to be done, I marked the two front tired with a mark to make sure if the tire rotation would take place I will know. When I wen rotation it was going to be done, I marked the two front tired with a mark to make sure if the tire rotation would take place I will know. When I went to puck up the card I was told tire rotation was done, I was in a rush and didn't check the tire mark since I was returning the loaner, when I got home notice it that it was not done I was charged. I called Enrique that the fees would be refunded and as if today it has not, this is unacceptable. Now I'm wondering if the oil changed was done. I want my money back it sound that thus dealer is scamming the consumer. Very upset. Maria Sanchez More
