My car gets 2 recalls by Kia, and I schedule the appointment to get it fixed. I wait for 3 hours just to get told that everything is "fine" while I look at the invoice paper and it only says inspect appointment to get it fixed. I wait for 3 hours just to get told that everything is "fine" while I look at the invoice paper and it only says inspection done. When I inquire about the recall they say they did everything so I ask whythey don't have the parts.... So I schedule my appointment and get told that they do have the parts but then I wait here for hours to get told nothing was done? I talked to the service rep and he told me they couldn't do anything because they didnt have the parts, so why would they allow me to schedule the vehicle for a recall if THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PARTS! Seriously??? This has got to be the most inefficient Service that I have ever gotten at a dealership. The Service rep came out to tell me that the mechanic (Henry Blanco) who was handling my vehicle "overlooked" the recalls and just did an inspection. So the reason why the vehicle was in the first place and they "overlooked" it? I had a K5 a while back and waited 4 hours for them to tell me they didn't have time to fix it. Now I took the day off from work to get this done and it was in vain obviously so do I get my wasted time back? NO. Did i get my car fixed? NO. Did i get my money back? NO! Screw this place this will literally be the last time I will go here for ANYTHING. Place is a joke and looks like they are running a circus since nobody know what the xxxx they are supposed to do. More
