The reason: they needed to see the color of my car to match the repair….What? The color of my car is written on your description of my car. Your company invented that color. This is not the first time this dealership sends me away without the supplies needed to complete service. Poor management. More

I purchased a brand-new 2025 Kia Telluride on November 11, 2025. On the second day of ownership, the vehicle overheated, leaving my wife and my kids. In the middle of the stretch going to Florida keys. stranded for two hours on the side of the road. As a result, I am now stuck with a $40,000 vehicle that failed almost immediately due to a faulty thermostat and put my family in a dangerous and stressful situation. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the dealer’s response. I was told that these things are “kind of normal” and that they sometimes happen. That explanation is completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle. I have always purchased new cars and have never experienced a failure like this with any other brand. This was my first and will be my last time purchasing a Kia. More

Hello. My name is Jose Bosch. If it weren’t for Henry @ South Dade Kia, I don’t know what I would’ve done. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation & my b My name is Jose Bosch. If it weren’t for Henry @ South Dade Kia, I don’t know what I would’ve done. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation & my back tire kept leaking air. The dashboard kept prompting me that the “Back right” was low on air. I asked Henry to please have them check it out. When I went back, I asked Henry if the leaking tire was fixed. He told me the man working on my car “Didn’t find anything wrong with the tire & he didn’t see any nail in it” all he did was add air to the tires. When I woke up the next day, the dashboard kept prompting kept prompting me again that the “Back right tire” was low in air. That means, the man that “Worked” on my car, did not check for any nails & DEFINITELY DID NOT ROTATE MY TIRES BUT, I got charged for it. I spoke to Henry the next day. When I got to the shop he was very apologetic. Within literally, 3 seconds, we found exactly where the nail was at. Again, Henry was great but I’m definitely not happy with the worker. I got charged for something that wasn’t done. So how am I to know that my oil was even changed? More
