This dealer used us a leverage to sell a new vehicle that we were already walking in to purchase. We had spent several days with someone reserving the vehicle and securing the financing and we’re in constant we were already walking in to purchase. We had spent several days with someone reserving the vehicle and securing the financing and we’re in constant contact with the salesperson of our purchase and arrival time while they sold it to someone else. We weee greeted with only rudeness from the moment we arrived and we’re told our vehicle was being test driven by someone else. If you are looking to buy a car, Matt is your man ! !! I found a car on the internet and reached out to Matt. I let him know I was traveling in from AZ. WIth the shortage of cars out there currently, he went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for. He found one for me here locally in AZ where he would have been cut out of the deal.
