He caught a recall on the transmission power module I was not aware of and your technician found a leak and crack in the radiator which would myself. Service department damaged my car during service, tried three times to fix it and made it worse, and every time they tried to fix it they spent the least amount of effort possible. I drove over an hour away to go to this dealership because they were so much more friendly than the one just 10 min from my house. The dealership was very clean.
