My service rep, Ronnie, took great care of my car and myself. He caught a recall on the transmission power module I was not aware of and your technician found a leak and crack in the radiator which would myself. Service department damaged my car during service, tried three times to fix it and made it worse, and every time they tried to fix it they spent the least amount of effort possible. As a result my insurance company had to pay for repairs. Daniel Garza was polite and professional, David Gee was personally courteous but rude in that he would not return phone calls or use his position in the dealership to get the problem fixed. More
I used to go to Tustin Lexus that we bought 3 cars through. I will never go back. I have referred several people to Ron. He is the best!! I had an ongoing problem for a couple years and after about 4-5 visits to Tustin on a car that was fairly new they told me nothing was wrong. I took it to South County and it was a major recall that solved the problem!! More
Truly outstanding service doesn't quite describe my experience adequately enough. Eric Parker was absolutely awesome. I came in unannounced with what turned out to be a nail in my tire. Eric greeted me like an old friend, wrote up my order and had me in a loaner car within about 12 mins. One of my colleagues was with me and she was blown away with the "Lexus Way" of doing business. I drove over an hour away to go to this dealership because they were so much more friendly than the one just 10 min from my house. The dealership was very clean.
