I always lease my cars so I go through this process every 2 or 3 years, but I always hate dealing with the sleazy sales men. I was here to help someone else with a car purchase, and since Joe was so easy to work with, I decided to get an IS 250 for myself. But submitting a review on this site dealerrater.com has been the worst experience ever. So far it has been more painful than buying a car. The stupid site tricked me in to loging me in to FB, then again google+ and then they asked me again to create an account. I had to try at least 10 times to submit this review. I am sure at least 50% or more of the people who come to review this page give up after a couple of tries. More

After a month of research and countless emails/pho I have to admit that SCL was not on my short list of dealerships to visit but boy am I glad I did. After a month of research and countless emails/phone calls/visits/test drives with other Lexus dealerships I was quite the frustrated customer but that all changed once I came to SLC. Nasser and Ted listened to what we wanted and thoroughly answered all of our questions always in a pleasant and respectful manner. It was a great experience from A-Z and so very different from the condescending and snarky sales people at the other locations.
