When we approached the front desk to ask for a test drive, that is when we first encountered Tim Tran who eagerly joined us and largely because of his demeanor and enthusiasm, we leased that very day. If we had not met him, we probably would have left. We were not intending to do a deal that day when we arrived and could of easily left. Tim has since checked in on us to make sure we were happy and asked if we needed anything. We were very happy with his service. More
