I've been in sales my entire life and if there's one thing I've learned if nothing else, is that we buy people. I realize today that Tim Tran put me together from hello! His energy and enthusiasm were not only intoxicating but also necessary to close me. His patience with my indecisive attitude and my inability to commit were only outdone by his dedication and drive to close the deal and more importantly make me a believer in him. It's kinda funny because he was able to do in about a weeks time what my boss was unable to do in 7 years of xxxx talking. Get me to purchase a new car. All B.S. and stroking to the side. This guy is the "Holifield" of sales. Real deal. The first opportunity I get to send him a referral. It's done. I come from a place where there is no substitute for hard work and if you ain't on your hustle you're worthless. He was on his from hello. Here is a prime example of the 80/20 rule. It's no mistake that he helped me. He made every follow up call. Answered every text. And grinded all the way through til the unit left the lot. More importantly he did it while I looked like a total stroke the whole time. That's sales. Instead of blowing me off because I acted like a Jack. He kept going until the deal was done and then some. Gina in finance buttoned me up tight. She was sweet and easy to talk to. Houston was again a touch of class. Young guy. Old soul. Parents should be proud. Tim Tran is my ambassador of Quan. Thanks Tim. And as far as dealers go. From being employed by 2 and being on the lot at several.
