He didn't pressure me and didn't try to do a bait-and-switch as is typical with other dealerships when they don't have the exact vehicle that you want. He was very thorough and I didn't have to email him more than once on any given question - he always responded on point. I typically do not go out of my way to write a review like this but Matthew's customer service warranted a shout out! Would definitely go to him when I am buying a car in the future. More

Turns out he was out in the street helping the guy unload my new LC 500 making sure nothing happened to my baby while they unloaded her. He also took a picture of it on the trailer before they unloaded it and sent it to me, that was very impressive. I will be a future Lexus buyer and hope JR continues to work here when I do buy again.
