High above any other dealership I've been to First of all, I got a really good deal on the car I wanted. I'm not very trusting because of my past experiences with other dealerships but it seams Lexus has come through. My car is there right now getting the scratches removed. I have a brand new loaner car. Very nice. More

But to have two sets of new keys made was ridiculous high and I don't blame OC Lexus dealership for that, I blame Lexus company itself. My purse had been stolen along with my car keys and to pay such a large amount of $970.00, I felt violated again. I have noticed that Lexus has gone down a little on tires and oil changes but they still need to improve in order to compete with family owned car service companies. I would have gone somewhere else but Lexus was the only place I could have keys made. I have always had good experiences with your Service Representatives but its not their fault, they don't set the prices. More

Wife was undecided on color of the car, went back 3 times with them, they did not complain , they happily go the car to look at.
