Roger was great! I came from out of town because I wanted a specific combination of color & features in a pre-owned CT200h. I called ahead and Roger researched the vehicles I was interested in and helped answer my initial questions. Once I arrived, he was very helpful throughout the process and was a pleasure to talk with. He made the process easy and friendly, even gave me a tour of the dealership and made me feel like I was now a member of the Lexus "club" of owners. I also liked the dealership's "No Haggle" pricing - made it much less stressful and less time consuming. The other staff I met were also great, from the finance person to the delivery specialist. In fact, Roger even picked me up from the train station when I returned the next day, because I'd had to leave my old car there when I drove home in the new one. Excellent service and would recommend Roger and South County Lexus to any prospective buyer! More
