BTW, Tustin Toyota provides chips and nuts too. Service completed under 2 hours. My advisor Evan was courteous, professional, and provided excellent service. Complimentary wash with service. Only thing I noticed was tire dressing was not applied this time to give it that shiny new look. Maybe it was overlooked but something to be aware of. Otherwise, South County Lexus still gets five stars. Way to go and keep up the good work! More

I drove in late Wedensday night--too late for a test drive--but saw the car I wanted and put my full trust in Mo, my sales person and Ryan the finance manager. Having previously purchased two Lexus vehicles, I completely trust the integrity of their employees. Within minutes, I made the decision to take the car contingent upon a test drive and a perfect walk through during daylight hours. With a gentle handoff off from Mo to Ryan, I was in and out in under 35 minutes with the promise that the car would be ready the next day for pick up. And it was! And to show you just how awesome these two are, as Mo was handed me the keys, Ryan ran up to say, "Great news! We found you an even better interest rate! It will only take 3 minutes of your time." And guess what? It only took 3 minutes! I will recommend South County Lexus to anyone looking for a new or used car. Well done gentlemen. More
