Great Service My car wouldn't start which is normally the battery. I contacted the dealership and they made an appointment for when I could arrive. Jump started t My car wouldn't start which is normally the battery. I contacted the dealership and they made an appointment for when I could arrive. Jump started the car and drove it over. They immediately performed a preliminary diagnosis which indicated a bad battery but to be sure they wanted a technician to do a thorough test of the battery and charging system. It was the battery and they installed a new one and I was out in just over an hour. No fuss or muss. Great service. More

My Maintenance Service I had a standing appointment to have my 6 month service performed on my Lexus GS450h and arrived a few minutes early and told the Service wWriter I wo I had a standing appointment to have my 6 month service performed on my Lexus GS450h and arrived a few minutes early and told the Service wWriter I would wait for the time it took to complete. The austere waiting area is unlike a lot of other high end car dealers but the beverage machines were excellent as a source of refreshment. I spoke with a dew of customerts waiting as I was and the time it took to perform the service went by quickly. My car was parked for ready acces and ity was a courtesy service/no charge which was very nice. I noted a post-it note on the steering wheel that stated do not move seat. it was a reminder to service personnel not to readjust the controls from what was set to my liking. I thought that is a great thing someone did and ity iot the little things that make South Coast Lexus a great Dealership More
