yshop surpasses expetations I was involved in a fairly minor accident. Although I had previously used a different body shop a few times, the Farmer's Service Rep gave me some gre I was involved in a fairly minor accident. Although I had previously used a different body shop a few times, the Farmer's Service Rep gave me some great reasons to use a Farmer's approved shop. Within minutes of making this decision, South County Collision called and set an appointment with me. I was greeted by Gary Boukather. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He also kept me updated daily on the progress. He originally told me my SUV would be ready on Friday afternoon ..... right,,,,, since when does that promise ever get met? I figured Wed. of the next week. On Thursday of the week promised, Gary called to ask me if I could pick up the car that afternoon.....unheard of.....he and the staff under-promised & over-delivered. Also, the car looks GREAT! More
