Thanks for finally getting back to me today after I’ve called 10 times to finalize our VERBAL LEGALLY BINDING deal and to tell me that the trick is that I need to be a mind reader! You just told me “I should have known you weren’t going to do the deal when you were silent YET when our meeting ended you told me you would have “legal team” contact me to sign the paperwork for the deal we just settled on”. How does this make since Mr Anthony Barrerio? ***ONLY GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOURE A MIND READER! THE GM WANTS YOU TO READ HIS MIND TO DETERMINE IF HE’S GOING TO ACCEPT YOUR DEAL OR NOT!! WOW! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC FOR A GROWN MAN/BUSINESS MAN! Your dealership has the worse communication and needs to be in training ASAP! You can’t blame a customer for contacting the Attorneys General and higher because you have failed to contact me for 3 weeks now. What did you think I would do? I will never recommend this place and will let everyone know. You are need to be put out of business did your shiesty practices.
