Bought a brand new 2020 car with paint defects! This color car is rare! They say it’s fixed to the HYUANDAI standard!! What about CUSTOMERS standards?? We are the ones making payments each month and bought this car so don’t we have SAY?? I’m am HIGHLY disappointed and to boot the consumer customer service offered me $200?!?! WOW if that’s not a slap in the face!! That wouldn’t even cover my car payment!! BE AWARE OF YOUR PURCHASES!! My car had gotten past EVERYONE and was shocked how it even made it on the production line!! Not to mention they even said, they were surprised and shocked buy the paint job and how the car SOLD! More
This place is phenomenal. The only car dealership where I’ve received good customer service. We were helped by Buddy Holmes. Buddy took the time to explain the different types and showed us all of them inside and out and explained all the features. He was also very honest and didn’t try to force sell anything to us. Also, we thought we couldn’t qualify for the vehicle, but he spoke to management multiple times until he was able to get us a discount and somehow made it so that we qualified and were able to buy my wife’s dream SUV. We even had negative numbers from an outstanding car loan and even then we got close to what we wanted to pay monthly. Thanks, Buddy!!! And thank you South Charlotte Hyundai . More

We had the pleasure of working with Gabe Blount at the South Charlotte location. We couldn’t be happier with the purchase of our 2020 Tucson SEL. Everyone at the dealership, including, Cecil Stinson and all of the finance guys were fantastic and treated us like family ! We can’t wait to recommend them to our family and friends who are looking to purchase a car in the near future. Service was good however when I went to leave my car wouldn’t start. Before I went to leave, they tried to sucker me into air filters, a drive belt, and some other BS. When my car wouldn’t start I as wouldn’t start. Before I went to leave, they tried to sucker me into air filters, a drive belt, and some other BS. When my car wouldn’t start I assumed they wanted to sucker me into a new battery. Oh heck no, I had them jump it and brought it to get tested and all is good. I highly DON’T recommend them! No one is gonna take advantage of this chick. More
