I've been a member of the Hyundai family for a little while now and I have no complaints. I went into South Charlotte Hyundai just to see him, he was previously at another dealership(from which I brought my other two Hyundai's), I heard he was there and went there instead of the previous dealership because he is just that GREAT, he's always smiling, he isn't pushy, he makes sure you are getting what you want, not just settling, he makes sure you understand the process and what's going on, doesn't leave you in limbo and to top it off he called to follow up a couple of days later to make sure I was good!! This guy is the BEST!! Bradley Cooper & Scott the finance guys are awesome as well, they treated me with the upmost respect. They both are friendly & approachable, always smiling, they made sure I was okay throughout the entire process and all that good stuff!! They're so good I referred 4 of my friends to go in to see them, they all came out happy and with new cars and they had nothing but good things to say about Antonio Grant and the other guys at South Charlotte Hyundai, YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Horrible experience! They widely used the fact that I barely speak English and that I don't know the US laws. One of the main reasons to buy a car was to build my credit They widely used the fact that I barely speak English and that I don't know the US laws. One of the main reasons to buy a car was to build my credit history. When I asked about financing, they offered a loan with a huge interest rate, so I took my relative with a good credit history as a co-signer. Before I signed all the paperwork, I asked a salesperson (Anthony Peak) several times if I'll be the principal buyer and the only owner of the car. So, he said yes, taking my relative as a co-signer doesn't mean anything except the case when I can't pay the loan, so my relative becomes responsible. So, when I received paperwork from the bank I realized that my relative is a main buyer. I came back to the dealer and asked Mr. Peak why he didn't tell me the truth from the very beginning. He started pointing on the fact that I don't have a credit history (which was very rude) and that's how American laws work and he already can't do anything for me because I signed all the paperwork and it was sent to the bank. After that I and my relative had a long conversation with another person - Bradley Camp. He assured us that my car will be registered only on my name. That's the way I can add my wife in registration after the loan has paid in full and my relative doesn't have to go from another city to re-register the car in DMV. OK, after that I received the car registration for both our names - mine and my relative's. I asked Mr. Camp why he misled me and if they can send paperwork to DMV again and re-register the car. He started arguing and said that now he can't do anything and I have to go and re-register the car by myself. So, why did I have to pay additional fee to the dealer for the incorrect license e-filing? To make the long story short, I don't recommend these guys to anybody! More

Wrote them a very large check for a vehicle and they NEVER titled or tagged it. After a month and me harrassing them, they finally sent the paperwork in. They lied to me several times prior to this about where the paperwork was in process. Then, they didn't do the paperwork correctly and never told us, just continued to let us wait. I own a car that I legally don't own. The Manager himself is supposed to be on top of the problem and even he doesn't follow through with phone calls. He blames it on others, when he knows he is surrounded by incompetence. He should now be spear heading the whole effort. But it is apparently beneath him, and so he has the incompetent clerk continue to botch the job. More
This dealership does not value customer service when it comes to the service department and the parts department is horrendous. You wait at least 6 days for parts and more than half the time the wrong part comes to the service department and the parts department is horrendous. You wait at least 6 days for parts and more than half the time the wrong parts arrive. Service visits are expensive, they do not offer loaners and they actually expect you to PAY to have your car washed while it's in for service. It is the ONLY dealership service department I've ever heard of that does not automatically wash and vacuum the car as part of its customer service. They will apologize but nothing changes. Absolutely do not use this dealership. More
