Terrible experience. I was flat out lied to and told I needed a new alternator. After a high price quote from them, I took it to 3 other places, all of whom said the alternator was fine and even showed me needed a new alternator. The money I spent on the diagnostic was supposed to be free if they only found issues relating to the recall. This was the truth but the dishonest service tech not only lied about the alternator but took my money for the diagnostic. I'm absolutely disgusted. Times are always tight for my family, especially during covid. I will be going out of my way to share this with everyone I know on every social media platform. More

We were directed to South Charlotte Hyundai through the Costco new car purchase program. We had already visited other dealers, and we already new wht car we wanted, its trim level , engine, etc. Our sale Costco new car purchase program. We had already visited other dealers, and we already new wht car we wanted, its trim level , engine, etc. Our salesperson, Phillip Oden, was very helpful, taking us through our choices and arranging for us to drive a vehicle similar to the one we wanted. This car was also provided to us as a "loaner" for the few days it took for our desired new vehicle to arrive. Everything went very smoothly. There was no problem getting the reduced price pre-negotiated with Costco. Everything worked great. More
