Richard Roberts I live in Pittsburgh Pa. The dealership had the 2014 Equus I wanted White with Saddle interior. I had a 2014 Equus which I totaled in an ice stor I live in Pittsburgh Pa. The dealership had the 2014 Equus I wanted White with Saddle interior. I had a 2014 Equus which I totaled in an ice storm in my area. I researched numerous dealerships in multiple states for the exact car color combination I wanted. My salesperson was Antonio Grant and I negotiated the sale via the phone and internet. I having been buying new cars for 50 years and the only pleasure I had was the car itself not the buying experience until I made my purchase of my new Equus through South Charlotte Hyundai. Antonio took the time to explain the many features of the vehicle until I was comfortable using all of them. He linked my cell phone up to the Blue Liny system. I am saying this because my local dealer did not take the time to set up and demonstrate all the features of my previous Equus vehicle. They were all Professional at all times during my purchase, the salesmen, sales manager, owner, and finance manager. What a great team. I am going to buy my son a car from their dealership which the agreed to ship to Pittsburgh. I would travel again to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. More

I met my salesman about 3 years ago when. he helped my son purchase his first car. Honestly, I never like the process of having to purchase a car because of the constant negotiating with a dealership. Because of Anthony's professionalism, the process was so easy. He listened to my needs and wants and with one phone call, he told me what he could do. The other employees were so friendly and also professional. Painless Purchase After doing a thorough search using Truecar.com I homed in on this dealership, even though they were not listed with Truecar. With the internet and w After doing a thorough search using Truecar.com I homed in on this dealership, even though they were not listed with Truecar. With the internet and websites like Truecar you can do so much research before walking "cold turkey" into a dealership. Although I was approached by several other dealerships in the area, I chose South Charlotte Hyundai because of the convenience to my place of work and my home. It was then up to the folks at South Charlotte to make the process of buying a car as painless as possible and that depends on the people who you work with. Mike Cutshaw, Anthony Peake and Mike Squire were all helpful in making it happen. I chose Hyundai over Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Ford and Kia because of Hyundai's excellent warranty policies. I bought the Sonata for my spouse replacing her old Camry. She loves it more than me!! Hoping for worry free motoring for year to come. More

Concerning my visit with South Charlotte Hyundai Due to my circumstances with my car being in a accident, Charles Peake was extremely helpful. You never know how much you have to deal with and how stressful all of that can be until your in that situation. Charles was very understanding and patient with me in the midst of my frustration. I purchased my first Hyundai from this location & because everyone was so nice with assisting me I decided to come back. Also, Michael Cutshaw assisted me as well.
