Awesome experience I came to your dealership because I really liked the 2015 Sonata. My sister-in-law has a pre-owned Hyundai and it has caught my eye for nearly 8 month I came to your dealership because I really liked the 2015 Sonata. I went to other dealerships, but either their customer service was sketchy, they didn't listen to me, or they were full of CANNOTs and WON'Ts. Jim Hardison was spectacular and welcomed us within moments of stepping onto the floor (we had previously been to Town & Country Toyota down the street and they barely looked at us!). Antoine Parker was equally amazing and helped negotiate a great deal for us without any pressure or "dealer shadiness". Most surprising is that the managing partner of the dealership, Anthony Barreiro, took the time to greet every customer personally. We live in Memphis, TN now but I will drive back to Charlotte for this kind of service when we buy our next Hyundai! More
