Visit was good, unfortunately could not remedy AC problem of randomly activation when only in ventilation mode. Terrible experience. I was flat out lied to and told I needed a new alternator. After a high price quote from them, I took it to 3 other places, all of whom said the alternator was fine and even showed me needed a new alternator. After a high price quote from them, I took it to 3 other places, all of whom said the alternator was fine and even showed me the output. The money I spent on the diagnostic was supposed to be free if they only found issues relating to the recall. This was the truth but the dishonest service tech not only lied about the alternator but took my money for the diagnostic. I'm absolutely disgusted. Times are always tight for my family, especially during covid. I will be going out of my way to share this with everyone I know on every social media platform. More
