Friendly staff Everyone here was friendly! Our first time there was after hours. We wanted to make sure the exact vehicle I wanted was on the lot without someone try Everyone here was friendly! Our first time there was after hours. We wanted to make sure the exact vehicle I wanted was on the lot without someone trying to sell us a "similar" vehicle. The vehicle we came to look at was behind the fence. The guys cleaning and detailing cars were friendly and welcomed us to take a look. While looking, we met Antonio Grant who took time out for us even though it was after hours. We felt no pressure from him. He just wanted to make sure we weren't being ignored. The next day we came and the entire process was smooth. The worst part about negotiating is the back and forth. Typically the sales guy leaves for 10 minutes at a time during the negotiating process. What I liked about this was that the manager came and we got to discuss discounts with him directly. There wasn't a whole lot of back and forth and waiting. And he was very friendly and professional. Best experience buying a new car! I had an appointment with one sales rep. Upon arrival we were told he was busy with another customer. I was referred to Jim Hardison. Even though I was not his "official" customer, he went above and beyond to help me select a vehicle to meet my needs and budget. He spent a lot of time to make me happy with my selection. I wish he did not have to share any commission due to the amount of time he spent with me, and was not available to have the chance to serve his own customer. He was sincere, honest and dispelled all my previous expectations of car salesmen. The dealership personnel were all friendly and helpful to each other. Best car-buying experience I have ever had. This was in contrast to another dealership that would not offer the advertised incentives, finance deal, and would not take a trade in. I highly recommend South Blvd Hyundai and save your time researching other local dealers. More
