Rude, They Don't honor their own promotion/Price I'm currently looking to purchase an new SUV. I was looking on the Hyundai website and was trying to customize features and see what all features I ca I'm currently looking to purchase an new SUV. I was looking on the Hyundai website and was trying to customize features and see what all features I can have in Santa Fe Sports and a 50$ gift card popped up to test drive a car. I decided why not since I was looking at a Santa Fe anyway. I explained to the Sales representative that I'm looking for couple of different brand SUV as well. I drive both Santa Fe Sports and Santa Fe Ultimate , I liked the Santa Fe Ultimate and got the quote as well but as i want to compare the other car as well as I haven't drove the other car and of course he tried to sell it on that day. I got the quote and when i asked about the gift card he said he will send it without taking any information/email coupon code. I know this is now how it works I'm wondering how he can send without having any information. I would love to have Santa Fe but definitely not from this location. if you can not honor your promotion I don't belie you will honor the terms of the purchase. More
