Why did I not remember how this place humiliate loan applicants. My husband and I tried to apply for a car 5 years ago and they were so rude and unprofessional just because we did not have enough money applicants. My husband and I tried to apply for a car 5 years ago and they were so rude and unprofessional just because we did not have enough money to put down for a car of our interest. So this year our daughter, 27 years old, had a Hyundai Accent where the motor wore out so we encouraged her to go to a Hyundai dealership. Why didn’t we remember this was not a very nice and friendly place. The very nice guy felt out his questionnaire asking our daughter what was she looking for and you know pertinent financial questions. So they ran her credit and saw that she had some issues and instead of explaining to her kindly why they weren’t able to help her, one of the managers came over and started badgering my husband and I. Belittling us and my daughter about how we should co-sign for her and laughed at my daughter for her lack of knowledge of the pros and cons of applying for credit. He actually really laughed at her and told I him that he should be explaining to her nicely why they were not able to help her. The way I see it if you are financially struggling and have little money to put down for a car, this place will laugh you right out the door. This manager (one of the managers didn’t get his name) was a super ego and unprofessional man. This explains how his higher position has got to his head and look down on those who need simply an explanation of why there application is rejected for loan assistance. I’m just enclosing my review to assist those who have an inspiring young adult who has an interest in applying for a loan at this Hyundai dealership. Awful staff of managers I mean I can’t believe they laughed us out the door. More
