To expand on the facility, after buying my last two cars from Infiniti and Lexus, the My experience with the salesman and finance manager was great. To expand on the facility, after buying my last two cars from Infiniti and Lexus, the customer amenities need to be brought up to par with respect to the price of car(s) being sold. For instance the seating is from Office Depot, there is no carpet, old furniture, the breakroom has only vending machines (with the exception of water bottles; whereas the other dealers mentioned have fresh fruit, coffee, pastries, free snacks, etc.) and was sparsely furnished. I think there is a disconnect with selling an upscale car like the Genesis brand out of a Hyundai dealership which appeals to a very different demographic. I'm not certain this is a dealership issue unless corporate imposed minimum standards for the showroom which are not being met. The brand does not fit the quality of facility in short. Now all of this is with the understanding that I dropped in to look at a Hyundai SUV, noticed the Genesis, then looked more closely. This is not a deal breaker, but spending that much money, would seem to support a more refined facility. I am in fact very happy with the car and the service/sales from Antonio. More
