Inexcusable customer service and lack of responsibility Our families car engine was overheating and had to be towed while on a trip to Charlotte, nc. It was towed to this dealership who discovered the issue Our families car engine was overheating and had to be towed while on a trip to Charlotte, nc. It was towed to this dealership who discovered the issue was due to a recent recall that i wasn’t aware of. They replaced my engine and we’re great and had me in a rental car. Problem comes when i took the car back it Charleston. The car was overheating again so i had to bring it to the Charleston dealership. Upon inspection, it was found that the radiator hose wasn’t connected. The Charleston location fixed it but never checked the engine. As you can assume due to my now writing a review, the engine blew again. Now, my car has been sitting at the Charleston dealership over a week while they fight back and forth of which dealership should pay for the repairs. In the mean time they won’t give me a car and i am borrowing cars for work. This is absurd and needs to be handled better. More

We had such a great experience, we decided to buy 2 cars!
