I would like to update my review. After speaking with the GM, Anthony Barreiro ( told him that I would like my money back. He said he would call the next day (5/16/19) he said he would call me back the next day by noon (5/17/19) to discuss the refund after he had time to review the paperwork. I've called him back 3 times no with no response over the course of a week. The response from dealership asking me to call them is pointless. Anthony will not return a phone call I was lied and cheated. They took advantage of a situation and now I am out $2,700. They are not accredited with the BBB and have an F rating. MAKE SURE TO READ ALL REVIEWS (Google, BBB, Yelp, FB, etc.) BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH SOUTH CHARLOTTE HYUNDAI.
