The service agent was great but the cost of service was outrageous. Very little movement when I asked for relief. Came down only $100 on a $3500 bill. Antonio was my service advisor. I had made an appointment online for the anti-theft software upgrade and added on a 15,000-mile multi-point inspection, however when I drove in he to I had made an appointment online for the anti-theft software upgrade and added on a 15,000-mile multi-point inspection, however when I drove in he told me that they don't do the upgrade on Saturdays so I would have to come back on a weekday. I told him I lived far away from the dealership and that would be very inconvenient. He was sympathetic and somehow got someone to do the upgrade that day so I didn't have to come back. That was excellent customer service! More
