I dropped my car off for service at 11am. I was checked in efficiently by Vannessa and was on my way. I later received a call from her explaining to me what options I had for my car’s service I was checked in efficiently by Vannessa and was on my way. After we decided what services I would get, I was given a timeline as to when my car would be ready. Shortly after I got a call stating that my car was almost ready and that they were just waiting for it to get washed. When I arrived, my car was indeed ready and washed. I paid my invoice and was on my way with my car running like new. I appreciated the way Vannesa kept me informed of what was happening with my car every step of the way.
