The service center was very orderly, and polite. The team was genuinely interested in ensuring you were satisfied and taken care of. I still give them 5 stars, but they could have done a few things better. Once they knew you were there they could have had your car waiting nearby a bit quicker. There was also a coupon for what seemed to be free wipers, but it was only free installation. That was worded tricky and seemed to take advantage of consumers, but they apologized. Then I noticed they forgot the oil change sticker, but quickly replaced it once I showed them. Overall great service! More

The staff was helpful and courteous, the mechanical-related service was fine, but after I noted that I was encountering an error connecting to Blue Link they took the "assume operator error" mechanical-related service was fine, but after I noted that I was encountering an error connecting to Blue Link they took the "assume operator error" approach and told me the problem was that I hadn't established a Blue Link account yet. Had they investigated the actual error, they would have found it, which I'm still getting even though I've now established an account (for no reason). More
