I was able to get a last minute Service appointment at SouthBay Hyundai after my tired was damaged from hitting a pothole. The lot is chaotic with the construction. I went in for a recall item and told the representative that CarPlay isn’t working. I’ve owned the car for three months and it has less than 3,000 I went in for a recall item and told the representative that CarPlay isn’t working. I’ve owned the car for three months and it has less than 3,000 miles on it. The recall was taken care of but I was told I needed to update the software or pay $585 for the dealership to update it. I told them I would do it myself. I updated the software and CarPlay still doesn’t work. It’s not the phone or the cable. I’m dissatisfied that the technician seems to not even have tried to see if CarPlay works. It should be fixed under warranty and not be my problem. More
Came in because my rear camera wasn’t working and they gave me back my car with a whole new camera. I can see everything in HD! Nicole helped me out. She’s so sweet and she educated me about my car.
