I'm a semi middle class American not wealthy by any means but I don't skimp on my cars maintenance and I trust SBH with my peace of mind. More

I had the worse experience at taking my car for service. I waited 15 minutes for a technician to check me in. My service was going to be about 2 hours so I I was told they have a complimentary service to ta I waited 15 minutes for a technician to check me in. My service was going to be about 2 hours so I I was told they have a complimentary service to take you and pick you up from your location of drop off. I had to wait 20 mins, to get dropped off. The waiting around with the lack of communication if they called someone to pick me up or not. More

Service was fine. Came in for the software upgrade for the lock system. Waited for the vehicle. Did not get the service I needed. I came for the recall on my SUV and my brakes. Instead I got an oil change that I did not need, that is due in the next three months , and they neve I came for the recall on my SUV and my brakes. Instead I got an oil change that I did not need, that is due in the next three months , and they never came out to tell me what they were doing to my truck, no communication at all, until they were finished and I was shocked and upset with the work and the bill. When I drove off the lot the dam light still came on for the breaks. I would like half of the bill back and apply those funds to the brake work they that needs to be done. I would like someone to get in contact with me. That writing you have on the wall about the best Auto Center in the Area , you need to prove to people that you are the BEST. More
