I came in for an oil change and tire pressure check. I also used a coupon that came in the mail for a free windshield wiper blade replacement. What the coupon didn't say is that only the installation was free; you had to pay full price for the actual windshield wiper blades--which in the case of my 2019 Elantra was $88.48 plus tax. :( The coupon was very misleading and I likely won't use one again. The cost of the parts also made me question why I come to the dealership for service when Pep Boys would be much more reasonable priced. More
Second time I took my car for repair, in the span of two weeks. Did not fix, the first time, Took the car back a week later with the same issue as the first time. Kept telling me this time was different because the car shut off at a red light but did not do that the first time, I brought it in. But it had we didn't mention it the first time because we felt the lack of power was the bigger issue. In addition, no communication from the advisor. The updates I received were because I called the service dept. When I asked questions, I was given excuse after excuse, I would not be upset if I had felt the advisor was actually listening instead of giving me excuses. To top it off, a week and a half later my car did not start. I took it somewhere else. More
