Disappointed with the lack of communication. Despite leaving instructions in the morning AND calling midday to check on the progress, I arrived only to find out that my car would take longer th Despite leaving instructions in the morning AND calling midday to check on the progress, I arrived only to find out that my car would take longer than they had said. Very frustrating since I felt that I gave the dealership multiple opportunities to contact me and let me know that it would be later. Would not have been a big deal had I known, but I got dropped off and had no way to pick my kids up from school when it happened. The only response I got from the representative was, "Oh, looks like (technician) dropped the ball." No follow up apology or contact from anyone after that. More
