While Nicole was absolutely fantastic, the drop off was possibly one of the worst I have ever had. I have leased my car for the last 20 years, at different brands (Honda, Lexus, Audi), and I'd say Hyundai possibly one of the worst I have ever had. I have leased my car for the last 20 years, at different brands (Honda, Lexus, Audi), and I'd say Hyundai is possibly THE worst one. Even though I made an appointment for a Tuesday at 9:30am, upon pulling up, the parking lot was barely enterable b/c there were SO many cars trying to get in from different directions. The team was understaffed and no one checked me in until about 9:50am. That was just the initial check in, and I wasn't helped until probably after 10am. Even though I booked my service appointment stating that I will need a ride and I will NOT wait at the dealership. During the first check in, the rep had told me Lyft was no longer being offered but that my oil change would at least take 2+ hours b/c of the back up. I needed to get back to work so I interrupted my husband at work to have to come get me only to find out that Lyft IS still offered when Nicole spoke with me, but by then, my husband was already on the way. More
