Prior experience has been very good but my recent visit was mediocre at best. My vehicle was recently in for engine repair and the part had to be ordered, which is completely understandable. I had to call multiple times and finally was able to get an update that my vehicle would be ready a week after being dropped off. Not happy with experience. Top items on my list to be taken care of were the same from last year which were not handled then and now they are saying that warranty has expired Top items on my list to be taken care of were the same from last year which were not handled then and now they are saying that warranty has expired and issues are not covered. Car not washed as promised even. Very unhappy with service. This needs to be escalated and resolved as I am concerned about vehicle safety and reliability.
