When I arrived and the representative checked me in for the recall I was told it would take about 2 to 3 hours. However the time was much shorter, about 1 1/2 hours. Kei, our Service Advisor thoroughly answered all questions about the 15,000 miles servicing, as well as other questions we had about the Kona.
