I would always received misinformation from Jack. Very nice person just really was not able to rely on him for the correct information. Never really followed up to make it right. First, making an appointment on line was very easy. Within one minute someone came over to assist me. I inform the person that Jack is my service advisor and they immediately inform Jack. Jack came right over and assist me and gave me the wait time for repairs. During the wait time Jack kept me informed. True to his word my vehicle was done when he said it would be. A word about the waiting room, nice chairs and good snacks. For me I just walk a couple of blocks to have a good lunch at one of many fast food restaurants that is around. More
I dropped my car off for repairs and after 2 week nothing was done. When I called to get information I was put on hold repeatedly. No one ever called me back after I requested a manager even. The service rep Andrew could never give me an update and after a while he became frustrated with my calls and never called me back. I eventually made my way there and picked up my car with the same problem it has been having for 7 months.. I am fed up with such lousy communication and no service. I will probably never ever buy another Hyundai. I was working with two Hyundai dealerships and neither knew what the xxxx they were doing. More
When I arrived I was asked how many miles I had, I said don't know, probably 22,000 thinking someone would have checked. That did not happen now my mileage is off from the service ticket.
