Awesome My experience was great from Ruben handling my initial call to Jake or Jack (can’t remember his name) providing me with a shuttle during my wait which My experience was great from Ruben handling my initial call to Jake or Jack (can’t remember his name) providing me with a shuttle during my wait which was unexpected. Everything was explained thoroughly unlike other car dealers that i have experienced in the past. The ability to call on a Friday and get an appointment the following Monday is pretty impressive as well. Will be servicing my vehicle at this location for all my cars needs/isssues/repairs More
Good, but Slipping Made an appointment for minor service/oil change. In the past, I also received a free car wash...that did not happen. And, there was no reminder stick Made an appointment for minor service/oil change. In the past, I also received a free car wash...that did not happen. And, there was no reminder sticker placed on my windshield for my next oil service. I have always relied on this sticker. But, the most frustrating thing was additional service was recommended when I paid for this service. I would have appreciated the option of having that taken care of while I was already there versus, having to make another trip. Of course I would have understood if they were very busy but, that was not the case. Disappointing!!! More

Bad service This review is for the wanna-be professional Jack Kim. Do not let this man fool you with his lies and fake demeanor. We initiated or conversation by d This review is for the wanna-be professional Jack Kim. Do not let this man fool you with his lies and fake demeanor. We initiated or conversation by discussing how there was an issue with my catalytic converter because it had been looked at by my local auto shop. They told me this part was covered under warranty, and sure enough it was. When Jack and his mechanic looked at it they also admitted the same issues. Jack's idea was to replace all the O2 sensors around the converter (knowing this converter was covered under warranty) before addressing the main cause of the bad O2 sensors which was simply to change the catalytic converter. He refused to order me a warranted part by Hyundai and insisted I pay over $600 to pay for brand new sensors knowing that he would eventually need the new converter. I opted to have just one sensor changed so I could get me car back and he charged me $200 for labor, for just a $130 part. This man is not looking out for your best interest, but the interest of his dealership and how much money they can rob you from. I will be reporting them to Hyundai corporation and the Better Business Bureau. More
