Timeliness When I arrived for my service appointment, service line was overflowing. Rodger ensured that it would take about 2 - 2-1/2 hrs from my appointment time and he put my car in the front of the line. He also got a Lyft ride for us so we didn’t have to wait at the dealership. Lyft showed up in seconds. In about 2-1/2 hours they called to say it was done and to come pickup my car. They made good on their promise. More

Great Service Called for a service appointment on Friday and got an appointment for the following Monday at 8:15 am. Service Recommendation- Donnie Ellis Two days before I was leaving on a long road trip, my service required notification came on. I spoke to Carlos on the phone and he was helpful in expl Two days before I was leaving on a long road trip, my service required notification came on. I spoke to Carlos on the phone and he was helpful in explaining what service was required. Unfortunately there were no appointment times that were free when I was. Carlos said I could take it in the next morning without an appointment and they would try to get it done before 11. When I arrived, Donnie was outside and helped me immediately. My car was taken back and the work was done within 1 hour. I was so grateful for their quick oil change and making me a priority when I really needed it. Donnie was wonderful and I highly recommend him as a service advisor. He was attentive and answered all my questions. More
