Great Service Called for a service appointment on Friday and got an appointment for the following Monday at 8:15 am. The service representative told me my car would be ready at noon and it was. He even got my car washed and helped me with a blue-link issue.. Service Recommendation- Donnie Ellis Two days before I was leaving on a long road trip, my service required notification came on. I spoke to Carlos on the phone and he was helpful in expl Two days before I was leaving on a long road trip, my service required notification came on. I spoke to Carlos on the phone and he was helpful in explaining what service was required. Unfortunately there were no appointment times that were free when I was. Carlos said I could take it in the next morning without an appointment and they would try to get it done before 11. When I arrived, Donnie was outside and helped me immediately. My car was taken back and the work was done within 1 hour. I was so grateful for their quick oil change and making me a priority when I really needed it. Donnie was wonderful and I highly recommend him as a service advisor. He was attentive and answered all my questions. More
